Our History: PDF Construction was opened for business in December 2001
in New Jersey, by Paul Simone.
The initial plan was "Handyman Services" but very rapidly larger jobs began to come in.
First it was "...Can you fix this?", then "... Oh you can do that too !!!" One thing led to another.
A few small odd jobs turned into a small renovation, then they wanted a new deck.
A couple of decks then someone wanted a screened in porch.
A few screened in porches, then someone wanted a four seasons room
which meant that
new electrical and heat would be required. I already had a little
experience with both of those fields,
but I had to learn more about the building codes for those trades.
Long story short, a piece at a time over the last 12 years, the size, and
scope of the contracts has grown
from basic handyman services to full service General Contracting working commercial, residential,
and agricultural, contracts in all construction trades.
We've “cut our teeth, and paid our dues” and today PDF Construction is able,
with its own staff,
and or developed relationships with local area, licensed and insured, professionals (sub contractors),
to provide full service in all construction trades to include (but not limited to):
