"I've been completely around the block many many times, so I KNOW what I like, and I know what's important."

"What I like most is being able to help others...
that's what makes me happy at the end of my day, remembering the good that I have done in the lives of others."

"I love working with my hands, and fortunatly, I don't have to work so I CAN pick my jobs, and SET MY OWN PRICES."

"My children are all grown, so my time is mine. I live to help where I can, that's what makes my days worth living."

"How can I help YOU today ???"

Paul Simone was born in New Jersey in 1961. He attended Linden High School vocational program in Radio and TV Repair, class of 1979.
While still in school he worked the family business beside his father, uncle, and cousins at Simone Brothers Coal and Fuel Oil until he enlisted in the US Navy.

He enlisted for active duty in the United States Navy in 1979 hoping to further his electronics career, and entered military service as an (E-1) Seaman Recruit.
He completed a GED, and numerous technical computer, electronics, military, and weapons schooling in the first two years of active duty.

After serving aboard three SSBN nuclear powered fleet ballistics missile submarines and three shore duty rotations in his first ten years of active duty, because of a very bad motorcycle accident, he was transferred into the surface navy for the remainder of his naval career.

During his military service he carried a SECRET (SBI) security clearance, and was very well commended and decorated serving honorably until he retired in 1993.

He ended his military service, leaving active duty and retiring under the VSI program while stationed in Norfolk, VA aboard the USS Emory S. Land AS-39
as an FTG1 (SS) Fire Control Technician (Gun Fire Control) Petty Officer First Class (submarine qualified) E-6.

His primary duties, while he was in the Navy, were the maintenance and repair of the computer systems and ancillary equipment, that told torpedoes and nuclear bombs where to go and how to get there. Being senior enlisted he held many managerial and supervisory collateral duties that included: Nuclear Weapons Security Guard, Classified Materials Custodian, Crew Flight Coordinator, Weapons System Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor / Technician, Ships Master Helmsman,
Damage Control and Fire Team Captain, Ships Ammunition Administrator, and Small Arms Range Safety Officer, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

Immediately after retiring from active duty service in the United States Navy in 1993, he attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
While successfully completing a four year Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) in only three years,
Paul worked for the VCU School of Business, the Medical College of Virginia Department of Physiology, and the VCU College of Humanities and Sciences,
as Computer Field Services / Computer Network Administrator. He personally installed over 75% of all computer network wiring on the Richmond VCU campus.

He left employ with Virginia Commonwealth University, to join the Richmond based Computer Consulting firm IPC Technologies.
With this technologies service provider he was assigned as Computer Network Administrator / Network Field Services Technician at Signet Bank in Richmond,
and Email Coordinator / Computer Network Administrator at Allied Signal Industrial Fibers Division in Hopewell VA.

Opening his own entrepreneurial endeavors as Kitten Computer Services he then moved back to his home of record in New Jersey entering into contract with
Tosco Refining Services at the Bayway Refinery as Computer Network Administrator / Engineer.

In attempts to move out of computer technologies and deeper into management he accepted a position as Technical Manager of Telecommunications and Wide Area Networking with Experien Information Solutions in 1999. He refined his already superior project management and manpower management skills overseeing the teams that engineered, installed, and maintained all data connectivity circuits for the second largest credit history provider in the world.

After a very successful year with Experien, reducing total monthly operational costs by 23%, and developing and implementing a new program saving the company over three million per year, he was offered and accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer CEO of Business Innovation Technologies, of Frederick, Maryland
helping to steer that organization.

Primarily because of health issues, the owner / president of that organization made the decision to close all operations and shortly after the attack on the World Trade Centers in New York had essentially closed the corporate marketplace of all senior management positions in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT),
Paul started a new entrepreneurial endeavor and PDF Construction was opened for business in December 2001 in New Jersey.

Paul's basic philosophy in life is: LIVE, don't just exist... but most important: HELP OTHERS !!!

Because Paul is Honorably discharged, and Retired from active duty service in the United States Navy, he has the opportunity to help others
by performing exceptional construction services in all trades, at very substantially discountable prices.

He actually can work for nothing, but if he did, his fiancee would kill him for wasting time they could be spending together.

So when he says: “Nobody can beat my prices...”, he MEANS IT !!!

Over the last 12 years, the size, and scope of the contracts has grown from basic handyman services to full service General Contracting working in commercial, residential, and agricultural markets, negotiating, drafting, and successfully executing contracts in all construction trades.

While on active duty Paul traveled extensively. He has literally been around the world at least 4 times. All combined, three months at a time,

"Paul has spent over SIX YEARS of his life underwater on a Submarine
and almost fourteen years honorably serving our country !!!"

He and his first wife had 4 beautiful children. Three of his children have wed, and began families of their own,
so today Paul is the proud grandfather to four beautiful granddaughters.

He is happily engaged and is a full time domestic partner to and with Deena Gordon Denesowicz.

We look forward to helping you however we are able !
